ColumbiaHeightsCondos.Net is hosting Real Estate Social Media, an interactive panel as part of Social Media Week DC.

Real Estate Social Media will examine social media’s role in crafting urban neighborhood corridors and focus on of-the-minute news, trends and developments in DC’s residential and commercial markets. The panel will cover topics including social media’s role in building small business corridors; the effect of crowd sourcing and funding on traditional real estate financing models in both commercial and residential markets; and the how-to’s of better connecting people with the cities they live in via social media.

Hosted by Ally Behnke of ColumbiaHeightsCondos.Net, the evening will include special guest speaker Dan Miller of Fundrise, and a panel featuring a line-up of community members with diverse areas of expertise, including: Margaret Holwill, H Street DC; Gina Avery, Georgia Avenue Business Alliance; Will Smith, Urban Turf; Brandon Jenkins, Fundrise; and Rob Ross, Potomac Mortgage.
