How do I become a member?

The best way to become a member is to donate online. You can also send a check to Next City, PO Box 22449, Philadelphia PA 19110 or call us at (267) 239-0762.

Am I a Next City member?

If you've donated to Next City within the previous 12 months, you are a member. If you applied to our Vanguard Conference for rising urban leaders, you are a member.

What are the perks of being a Next City member?

Our thanks! You also get access to our ebook library, webinar library, member-exclusive updates and your choice from a number of great thank-you gifts whenever you make a donation. Plus, all donations are tax-deductible if you live in the United States.

How do I update or cancel a recurring donation?

The easiest way to update or cancel a recurring donation is through your account page. You can also call us at (267) 239-0762.

How do I access the ebook library?

Log in at the Your Account page. After logging in, go to our Ebooks page and you will be able to download any of our ebooks.

How does Next City use my donation?

Your donation helps us pay the reporters, photographers and artists who work on our stories. We publish hundreds of stories each year, but the more donations we receive, the more we can publish. Sometimes we have special fundraising drives for specific campaigns.

I accidentally made a donation or donated the wrong amount. How do I get a refund?

Email us and we’ll refund your donation.

I'm a member but lost my login information or never got one. What do I do?
