Elements of an Equitable Recovery is a series covering solutions that help small businesses, especially those that are woman- and minority-owned, to survive and thrive. This series is complemented by a playbook — “Equitable Pathways to Small Business Recovery: An All-Hands Approach” — which offers a framework for paving equitable pathways to small business success, and concrete strategies for supporting capital access, small business capacity and commercial real estate. It documents promising strategies employed by state and local governments — strategies developed in partnership with stakeholders, including  organizations that provide small business development services, CDFIs, and local and ethnic chambers of commerce representing BIPOC entrepreneurs themselves. This series is generously underwritten by Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC).
