She has held senior cultural programming and policy leadership positions with the cities of Toronto and Mississauga, is the past producer of the Toronto Fringe Theatre Festival and was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Hamilton Business Leader. She currently serves as the Vice-President of Festivals & Events Ontario, is a member of the Project for Public Spaces Placemaking Leadership Council, member of the Canadian Arts Coalition Research & Policy Development Committee and continues to work on major city-building events such as Nuit Blanche (Toronto).
