Power of Parks is a reported series on how green space can be a driver of greater wellness, racial equity, and conservation in cities. Stories that fall under this umbrella include: repurposing vacant lots for usable and engaging public spaces; how parks have integrated online and remote programming in the COVID-19 era; increasing accessibility to and usability of waterfronts and waterways; designing green space to be inclusive and accessible to people with different abilities; and more.
